The Victory Drones team, the largest project for technological training of military and civilians in wartime, is looking for new people to join the team: experienced project managers (full-time), IT specialists (volunteers) to develop and support important areas.

We offer cooperation in an active, socially conscious team whose goal is to implement systemic changes in Ukrainian society on the way to a technological victory over the enemy.

  • In this role, we see a powerful specialist with multifunctional skills in management, communications and the ability to effectively lead a project; a person with strong organizational skills and flexible thinking who is ready to take responsibility, work systematically and in high dynamics for the result for a common goal.

    🎯 Main responsibilities:
    - Planning, coordination and control over the implementation of specific tasks in the area.
    - Coordination of cooperation between the parties and communication with related departments (communication department, partnership department, etc.).
    - Responsibility for qualitative and quantitative indicators of the area.

    📝 Requiredknowledge and skills:
    - 2 years of experience in project management, availability of implemented projects.
    - Experience in coordinating charitable and/or social projects and/or volunteering.
    - Organizational and analytical skills, ability to structure and analyze information, plan your time and teams. Be able to find non-standard and alternative solutions to problems.
    - Ability to work in a team, non-conflict, friendly, stable, responsible approach to work.
    - Knowledge of PC, Word, Excel, Google services at the level of a confident user.
    - English language skills at the B1/B2 level will be an advantage.

  • 🎯 Main responsibilities:

    - Searching for donors and funds from donors and grantors, negotiating with partners.

    - Coordination of cooperation between the parties and communication with related departments (communication department, partnerships department, etc.).

    - Understanding of the region's specifics and experience in working in an NGO/CF will be a plus.

    📝 Terms of cooperation: rate + % of the funds raised. Terms are discussed individually with the candidate.

  • We are looking for a specialist with experience in maintaining and developing VD's social media: our WhatsApp and Telegram channels
    Part-time, remote. Volunteer involvement. Work in a team with other project communication specialists.

    🎯 Responsibilities:
    - monitoring of thematic channels to find and select relevant content on topics such as milTech, DefenceTech, UAVs, ground drones, EW/RR, inf. and cybersecurity;
    - processing, adaptation and publication of thematic content on the project channels;
    - assistance in creating unique content to increase the number of subscribers, attract target audience, traffic on the topic of technology.

    💡 Requirements:
    - Ability to work with large amounts of information (structuring, defining the essence and emphasis).
    - Skills in working with graphic editors (Photoshop, Figma, etc.).
    - Experience with video content and editing skills will be an advantage.
    - Conciseness, self-discipline and responsible approach to work.

  • At Victory Drones, we are expanding our media work - we have already launched weekly streams and are working on creating a YouTube show.

  • Remote, volunteering or part-time.

    🎯 Responsibilities :
    - Development and design of printed advertising products (brochures, flyers, magazines, catalogs, roll-ups, field tables, etc.);
    - Billboard images: both concept development and design implementation;
    - Development of banners for social networks, further adaptation to the size;
    - Full support of internal and external events regarding design, design, concept, etc. Preparation of all materials for production (banners, icons, programs, invitations, roll-ups, photo zones);
    - Full design support for digital marketing activities: design of web applications, website banners, digital versions of printed materials, adaptive design and layout development;
    - Graphic support for webinar projects.

    📝 Required knowledge and skills:
    - Experience as a graphic designer (2 years);
    - Knowledge of color, composition, typography and experience with printing houses;
    - In-depth knowledge of design, namely the ability to work in the following programs: Adobe In-Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma;
    - Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other editing software will be a plus;
    - Knowledge of market trends;
    - Creative approach to work;
    - Well-organized and highly attentive to detail - ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
    - Ability to work effectively with people from different functions.

  • Part-time, remote, with periodic visits to the office in Kyiv (1-2 times a month, if necessary).

    🎯 Development and review of documentation (contracts, memoranda, external requests), consultations in the field of NGOs.

    📝 Understanding of the specifics of the region and experience in NGOs/CFs will be a plus.

  • We are looking for volunteers for the Victory Drones project support department.

    🎯 Tasks:
    - collecting up-to-date information from the community and forming a relevant knowledge base;
    - processing responses from questionnaires (forms) with further analysis or implementation;
    - assistance in organizing online meetings: scheduling meetings, communication, solving organizational issues with speakers and the community, monitoring current topics in the community, verification;
    - support and announcements on the Discord server and Signal chats;
    - monitoring the relevance of information in existing documents;
    - answering requests from the community.

    💡 Wishes:
    - communication skills, tolerance, correctness in communications with the community (military, miltech manufacturers, engineers, volunteers, etc.);
    - responsibility;
    - ability to work in a team;
    - self-organization and systematic approach to tasks;
    - confident use of Google space functionality (documents, tables, forms, etc.);
    - knowledge of the Discord server at the user level and above is desirable.

  • We are looking for IT volunteers to support and develop web applications and internal services of the Victory Drones team. Part-time, remote work. We work for the result.
    Teamwork with other IT specialists of the project.

    1.Full stack JS/TS developer - ⚙️NestJS + React.
    Direction: Prometheus / Support and development of a web application for auto-registration for a separate course of Vocational Education and Training.

    2.Data and/or BI analytics for the VD project
    ▶️Напрямки: Data Lake for data analytics, LMS (Learning Management System) and other internal VD areas.
    📋 Collection and documentation of requirements, description of processes for IT area; analytics and data visualization.

    3.Python developer, Data Engineer
    Direction: VD IT/analytics
    📋 Development of bots based on Discord/Telegram API, scripts for automating data collection and analysis.
    ⚙️ Python, frameworks*: Django, Flask, FastAPI, Pyramid; experience in API implementation; practical knowledge of tools in the field of data analysis and processing (ETL/ELT). Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scrapy; PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
    * - any framework that will allow you to implement the team's tasks.

    💡 General requirements:
    Work experience in the field of 2 years, the presence of completed projects will be a plus.
    Written and spoken Ukrainian.
    Ability to work in a team, non-conflict, friendliness, stable, responsible approach to business (do not disappear 🙂).
    Willingness to sign an NDA.
